The following is a list of primary hypothetical U.S. Highways that are seen in the Intertropolis & Routeville video game, World of Highways: United States Numbered Highways, part of the World of Highways franchise, but does not exist in the Intertropolis & Routeville television series or in the real United States Numbered Highway System.

U.S. Route 0 or U.S. Highway 0 (US 0, or U.S. Route Zero) is a hypothetical United States Numbered Highway that would indicate such part of the United States Numbered Highway System not existing or not having a chosen route number based on their location they're in in the U.S. Highway grid of numbers and route signage. However, in the World of Highways video game franchise, US 0 would be an intrastate U.S. Route traveling entirely within northern Minnesota, starting from U.S. Route 75 (US 75) in Kennedy to State Highway 61 (MN 61) between Silver Bay and Beaver Bay. Between these termini, US 0 would have junctions with US 59 at Norway, MN 11 at Pelan, MN 32 at Strathcona, MN 89 at Moose River, MN 72 northeast of the Upper Red Lake to Waskish, US 71 between Gemmell and Margie, MN 6, MN 1, MN 65 at Bearville, MN 73 at Balkan, US 169 from at Kinney to in Virginia at US 53, and MN 139 from at Biwabik to at Aurora.

Despite the number "0" as the only number in its digit, U.S. Route 0 is not a major route, for the fact like in the real U.S. Highway System, that U.S. Route 2 (US 2) is considered a major cross-country U.S. Route tracing south of the Canada–United States border in order to avoid a US 0.
